Roslyn Sholin

Accidental Curator & Creativity Educator
Emerald Hills CA
Roslyn Sholin is an accidental curator, the keeper and presenter of artifacts that tell the Jewish American story of immigration and assimilation. Since our common story is told through ordinary objects, inheriting a family home became a transformative experience.  Her family's collection formed part of a shared language of the immigrant experience of immigration, assimilation and acculturation.

Roslyn is the Creative Director of the educational exhibit 'My Attic, Your Story: An Immigrant’s Journey'. A fellow at the Center for Jewish Studies Graduate Theological Union, she is a sought after speaker in the Bay Area. She has been interviewed by the Yiddish Book Center as part of the Wexler Oral History Project, and edited excerpt are posted on YouTube.
