Leila Tov is for families.  The day comes to an end with a story of  Yellow Lotus Flower, which follows the journey of a lotus seed and a grieving young girl as they go through the murky, uncertain, tearful and ultimately rewarding process of transformation.  Combining Jen Myzel’s inspirational song and Hillary Mendoza’s majestic watercolor illustrations, Yellow Lotus Flower cracks open the hearts of children and adults alike.

Singer-songwriter, Activist and a Music Teacher
Jen Myzel is a singer-songwriter, activist and elementary school music teacher in Oakland, CA.  She is also an active member of the Wilderness Torah Community and has been a song leader at numerous Jewish events across the Bay Area.
